JESA is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Operator to operate, monitor and maintain UHT dairy production equipment to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality, sterility and compliance with safety standards.

1. Operate and monitor production equipment, including sterilisers, homogenisers and aseptic fillers.
2. Set up machinery for different production plans in coordination with the Factory Engineer.
3. Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot faults and minimize production downtime.
4. Adjust machine parameters, including speed, temperature and pressure, to meet production requirements.
5. Perform routine and preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication and replacement of worn components.
6. Support maintenance teams in complex repairs and equipment upgrades.
7. Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product sterility and compliance with quality standards.

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Engineering.
2. At least two (2) years' experience in a similar position.
3. Experience in operating and maintaining production machinery, preferably in the dairy, beverage, distillery, juice, or other food processing industries.
