The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Developing the Norbrook business profitably within an agreed customer territory.
2. Planning appropriate customer calls and visits.
3. Keeping up to date with market prices.
4. Regularly making cold calls to meet agreed targets.
5. Attending meetings and contributing to business growth.
6. Investigating and resolving customer complaints.
7. Performing other duties assigned by management.

1. Degree or Diploma in Animal Production and Management or an equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
2. 1–3 years' experience in sales.
3. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
5. Willingness to travel and work in rural parts of Uganda.
6. Must possess a clean riding/driving permit.
